We are proud to announce that we have won the prestigious Trip Advisor Travellers Choice Award. We are situated on the edge of Brading Down, in a unique and beautiful location with panoramic views over an area of outstanding natural beauty & to the sea, sits Marmalade Cottage.

Spacious, self-contained, 2 bedroom gated Garden Cottage away from the road, with light and airy modern interior, with everything you need for a fantastic holiday in a great location and a lovely garden including off road and secure parking for up to two cars.
Upstairs two double bedrooms with lovely views sleeps 4 . ( A travel cot is provided that will fit in either room) A family size bathroom with SEA views!

Interaction with Guests
Marmalade Cottage is the private and self contained west wing to our 200+yr old landmark regency home ‘Ovington House’. We love to share our Island knowledge. We hope to welcome you on arrival, otherwise, you probably won’t see us unless you need us.
Please rest assured, that for your peace of mind, Marmalade Cottage, its furniture, fixtures and fittings, appliances and all its garden furniture, swings and other items, have been painstakingly and personally sanitised by ourselves.

Location
Brading is a great base on the Island being a 4 min drive from the sea & many attractions, a 5min walk will take you to the scenic and very popular Brading Downs. The small village has a railway station and heritage centre. Should this be your first visit to the Island the attached video may be of interest. read more.
